Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) was contacted by a major wood products manufacturer that, because of the unique nature of their claims, wanted to self-handle their General Liability claims under a large deductible program without using a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Their incumbent carrier was uncomfortable allowing self-handling, so the manufacturer wanted to explore their options.
